We returned to this hotel for the second year running, with high expectations, we certainly were not disappointed. Excellent as before, with outstanding food, service, entertainment, cleanliness and facilities. Very highly recommended!
el hotel aunque necesita una reformilla,es fenomenal,lo aconsejo de verdad,valla jarta de come que te pegas,despues del desayuno,tienes abierto el bar de la picsina con ,hamburguesas completas frutas sandwich perritos patatas fritas,y encima a las 12 abre la pizzeria con pizzas por un tubo y buenisimas,pastas helados,pasteles...el personal es fenomenal camareros amables.si alguien nesesita alguna orientacion no dudeis en contastar conmigo PACOGB24@HOTMAIL.COM,eso si zona muy trankila pero con muchas tiendas,y una zona de ocio para niños muy chula y barata con circuito de ka,castillos hinchables...
just back from our 2nd holiday at Hotel America and words cannot describe our pleasure!! Was a little worried about going back to the same hotel as last year incase it wasn't as good as our memories but no need to worry!! Went last year with my kids and returned this year with kids and adult friends. Small concern over allocated rooms but this was quickly sorted. Everyone is SO helpfull and friendly, even organised a birthday cake for my daughters friend. Met LOTS of people from last year so that can only be a good sign, so many people return. Yes noisy round the pool but with little kids having fun, we got sunbeds in the garden area just beyond the pool which was lovely. If you want a relaxing holiday with no hassles, this is the place!! BBQ at night was FAB, could go on for ever, can't wait to return, long transfer is more than worth doing.
Calas is also a beautiful little town, quiet and welcoming, there is a disco and bars if you want, it's not magaluff!! You can get about on the "Calas Express" little train which runs all day round the town, but town is only a five minute walk away.
We booked again for this year as our stay last year was excellent. Family of 4, 2 kids age 5 and 8. All as it was more or less, brilliant choice of food, large family room-bigger than last year. Hotel has also just been upgraded to 4* so we had a fridge this year too. Lots of the same people there again so a bit of dejavu! But a good sign as to how good it is. The entertainment team had only 1 member still the same as last year but the new team were just as good. Only thing thing that wasn't as good this year was the quality of the evening entertainment who came in from outside the hotel to do the shows, so this year I have given very good rather than excellent. Don't think we'll be going next year as we want to try something else, however the food is so good and our kids were so comfortable and catered for that it's a bit scarry that somewhere else may not be so good.

we have just got back from our second visit to this wonderful hotel and it was even better than last time!! thank you to all the entertainment team, especially johnny and katerina who helped make our holiday even more fabulous. many happy memories and cannot wait to go back again!!!
