CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES
- We remind you that the cardholder with which you made the payment, must match one of the guests of the reservation and the card will be requested by our staff at the reception of the Hotel, upon arrival.

RESERVATIONS MADE PRIOR TO ONE MONTH OF ARRIVAL
- At the time of confirming your reservation you will have to pay 30% of the total price of your stay.
- One month before your arrival you will have to pay the remaining 70%.
- We will contact you as soon as possible and send you a link for payment.
Conditions of PAYMENT:
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date.
- In case you have paid 30% of the total amount of the reservation, you will be refunded without any additional cost.
CANCELLATION conditions:
RESERVATIONS LESS THAN ONE MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
- Since your arrival will take place shortly, we request payment of 100% of the reservation amount.
- We will contact you as soon as possible and send you a link for payment.
